Your morning begins with hotel pickup and a guided visit to a local market. Back at the school, prepare your selected dishes step-by-step — from Pad Thai and Tom Yum to curries, stir-fries, and desserts.

Each guest has a private cooking station with all equipment provided. Your chef demonstrates each technique before you try it yourself, making it easy to follow and fun to learn. Enjoy tasting your creations together, then take home digital recipes to recreate your meal later.
