What to expect

Meet your guide at the Main Square of McLeodganj Market (designated meeting point), where you will be briefed before being escorted to the starting point of your trek as per the scheduled meeting point .Begin your journey on a beautiful Himalayan trail that winds through a rich mix of oak, rhododendron, and deodar forests. The well-marked path gradually ascends, offering a refreshing escape into nature. The trek from McLeodganj to Triund takes approximately 3–4 hours of steady uphill hiking, with small tea stalls along the way providing perfect stops for refreshments and local warmth.
Reach the breathtaking Triund ridge, a stunning alpine meadow perched on a flat mountain top. From here, enjoy sweeping panoramic views—on one side the majestic snow-covered Dhauladhar ranges, and on the other, the vast and serene Kangra Valley stretching endlessly below.
After spending peaceful and memorable time in the lap of the Himalayas, begin your descent back to McLeodganj, retracing the same scenic forest trail.
Upon completion of the trek, you will return to the original meeting point at McLeodganj Market, carrying unforgettable memories of your Himalayan adventure.
