    Tnine Ourika

    Berber Cooking Class Marrakech is preferable to be taken on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Friday, to explore the local weekly market. You experience the cooking from the start to the top. From buying the spices and fresh produce at the weekly market, to enjoying the meal while soaking within the lush mountains and village life surrounding you. The Trip Starts at 9 am, devour from your accommodation. Head to the Weekly Market to pick out fresh ingredients (meat, vegetables… counting on what you wish to cook Tagine or couscous ) by yourself as locals. Seeing the potters at work is an interesting sight and is a look into the craftsmanship of the village. Continue hiking along the Oued to one of the natural sources of sparkling water which is also a place of pilgrimage. There will be an option to purchase lunch in small diners in the area. From here, you will head back to Tighdouine to ride back to Marrakech for an around 4:00 pm arrival.

    Ourika Valley

    Explore the attractive Ourika Valley. you may have a chance to go to the ladies' cooperative (where the women make Moroccan oil and herbs part), further as many stops for pictures. We join a true Berber Family in their house. The Berber cooking class is go past Malika the Grandmother of the Family, an experienced cook whose trade secrets are passed down in her family for generations. An English-speaking driver/guide will do the interpretation to English and can be assisting within the cooking class as you study the techniques of traditional local cooking. the way to make mint tea, a way to make Moroccan bread, a way to cook it in a very traditional oven above a wooden fire, and the way to exploit a cow…). Our cooking class provides a wealthy source of data on Moroccan cuisine, cooking methods, and spices. Dishes are cooked in traditional earthenware Tajines on a (Majmar), a charcoal-burning brazier. we are going to be in Marrakesh around 5 pm.
