Giling-giling (Colorful Rice Balls)
Chewy rice balls with fresh coconut and sweet palm sugar sauce. "Giling" means "to roll."
Laklak (Balinese Mini Pancakes)
Baked on a traditional clay grill. It has a beautiful aroma of pandan leaves. Crispy outside and very soft inside.
Bubur Sumsum (Silky Rice Pudding)
A smooth, snow-white pudding made from rice flour. It melts in your mouth! Best enjoyed with rich palm sugar.
Kolak (Warm Banana & Sweet Potato Soup)
Cooked in coconut milk and palm sugar. A very popular warm dessert in Bali with natural sweetness.
Pisang Rai (Steamed Banana with Coconut)
Bananas wrapped in rice flour and steamed. Topped with shredded coconut and special sweet sauce.
