    Leshan Giant Buddha (Da Fo)

    Upon arrival at the Leshan Giant Buddha site, your guide will lead you on a fascinating exploration, sharing in-depth historical insights. Carved during the Tang Dynasty over 1,300 years ago, the Leshan Giant Buddha stands an impressive 71 meters tall, making it the largest stone Buddha statue in the world. Take the shuttle bus to Wannian Temple Parking Lot, then opt for a cable car ride (or a 40-minute to 1-hour hike) to Wannian Temple the mountain's largest and best-preserved temple, featuring a 7.8-meter-tall bronze Buddha and ancient Buddhist relics. From Wannian Temple, embark on a scenic hike to Qingyin Pavilion, a tranquil spot where two rivers meet, surrounded by towering trees.
