What to expect
In an emblematic place in Barcelona. In the historic center of the city. It is an 18th century apartment that belongs to a Catalan aristocracy family, completely renovated and maintaining all its majesty.
It includes a tour of the La Boquería market you will do with our chef that you will do with our chef and he will explain from anecdotes about the sellers themselves to the history of Catalan gastronomy.
Also included is a tasting of 10 Tapas accompanied by different wines and an explanation of Spanish gastronomy through these Tapas. A "Sangría" Preparation Workshop is also included, with Cava or wine.
The cooking workshop is designed so that each participant is involved in the experience, the chef and his assistant will participate with them by giving some instructions in the cooking process.
As a menu we will cook Seafood Paella, Spanish Omelet and Crema Catalana for dessert. The menu can be adapted to any type of diet.
Once everything is ready, it will be served on an Imperial table.
It is an experience for VIP clients.
