The Dark Memphis Walking Tour explores the macabre and dark history of the historic south Main district, known as one of the most haunted areas of Memphis. Escape into the past with our entertaining and knowledgeable guides. You'll visit sites of hauntings taken from local legends, official records and our own professional paranormal investigations. This family friendly tour features true crime stories, murders, dark history and hauntings. Behind the shiny, happy stories of Elvis, Johnny, and the music legends, lay some dark and unusual tales of the dark side of Memphis.
We will be bringing investigation equipment to try and make contact the spirits at various locations. Be sure to take lots of pictures along the way to see if you capture any paranormal activity of your own! We will walk less than a mile total with several stops along the way. We end by the Orpheum Theater and you can walk back with us or continue your evening on nearby Beale Street.
