Complete visit of the Norman-Swabian Castle and the Gipsoteca, housed inside, where you can admire 130 models that portray the masterpieces of the Apulian Romanesque. Capitals, shelves, statues and architectural details faithfully reproduced in 1911 by the sculptors Pasquale Duretti and Mario Sabatelli. The price includes the entrance ticket to the Castle.
Once out of the Castle, we reach the alley of the Arco Basso, where real "street artists" from the Bari cuisine sit, one after the other, modeling the "orecchiette" (typical pasta) with their quick hands .
