If you transfer is from Airport to Hotel:
Please enter your hotel name to the pick-up location so we can know your drop off point. We will contact you and ask your flight number. Our driver will be waiting you at the exit gate, with a list of names which will include your name too.
If your transfer is from Hotel to Airport:
Please enter your hotel name to the pick-up location. We will contact you and ask your flight number. Please know that if you choose "Shared Transfer" option, pickup time will be given by the operations team, it is not choosable or changable. Operations team decides the best pickup time by your location, other points to pickup and drive to the airport by your plane time and you will have enough time to catch luggage giving and check-in.
Please Put your hotel to the pickup location so we can know where we will drop you if you are coming with an arrival flight. Please put your hotel name to the pickup location if you have a going flight too.
