Bangkok used to be known as the Venice of the East, today there are only a few canals, most of which were filled in to build roads. The west bank of the Chao Phraya River still has many interesting canals today. We will cruise along these canals for an hour on a longtail boat. Passing houses, orchards, temples in their original state, see the way of life of the people along the canal.
