    The River of 1,000 Lingas, also known as Kbal Spean, is a collection of Hindu carvings, including over a thousand lingas (phallic symbols of Shiva), on the bed and banks of the Siem Reap River in the Phnom Kulen mountain range. These carvings, dating back to the 11th-13th centuries, were created to purify and bless the water, which then flows to Angkor.
