Meet your Expert Guide inside the Space Center's Food Labs cafeteria. Use your General Admission ticket with electronic QR code for an easy, efficient entry. The Food Labs is located straight ahead upon entering the front entrance/security and to the left of the Tram boarding area inside.

All travelers will have between 4-5 hours (depending on group size) to explore and enjoy the NASA Space Center with their NASA Expert Guide. Enjoy a wonderful mix of exhibits including the amazing Independence Plaza, International Space Station, Rocket Park, Life on Mars, Artemis and trams! All guests will receive their physical General Admission tickets for quick access to the amazing NASA Space Center from our expert guide.

- To book the optional Mission Control Tram add-on tour, please contact us at least 48 - 72 hours in advance to purchase tickets (LIMITED AVAILABILITY).
- Late arrivals can meet their tour group inside the Space Center's Food Labs Cafeteria if they arrive before 10:30 AM. All arrivals after 10:30 AM will need to explore the Space Center on their own.
- Late arrivals may request their general admission tickets sent electronically for self-admission into the Space Center.
- In the event of bad weather, travelers may opt to reschedule for another date free of charge at their own discretion.
- Children below age of 6 are welcome to join the tour but require their own valid ticket.
- Failure to arrive on time can result in a postponed tour date subject to tour availability or an abandoned tour if we do not hear from you in advance of the scheduled start time.
