Hands in pasta Pesto and Trofie as at home

You won't have many other opportunities to make both pesto and trofie, without knowing the secret they are difficult to realize, but I will reveal it to you!
We will make pesto made with a marble mortar, just like my grandmother used to make it, and she taught me how to roll trofie, with a little secret that only in Ligurian kitchens is used. You will feel involved in Ligurian cuisine, when you taste the trofie with pesto, you will not believe that you made them, how good they are.

From Manarola station, exit the tunnel and take the main road on the right, when you arrive in the square of the church of San Lorenzo, continue along the road that runs along the river and goes towards the parking lots, at the third bridge take the left and I will be there.

What to expect

We will start preparing the dough, then we will "get" our hands dirty with flour and other ingredients. Then we will make the real Ligurian pesto with a mortar, when it is ready we take the dough and roll it little by little in order to create the famous Ligurian trofie, which we will then eat with the pestoche you have just made and together a good glass of Cinque Terre wine.
