In our cultural space located within the Little Hagia Sophia, we bring together two elegant traditions of Istanbul: lokum, a symbol of Ottoman culinary culture, and aromatherapy practices inspired by the spice heritage of the Silk Road. In this 2-hour hands-on experience, participants will: learn to make Turkish delight using traditional methods; explore the historical journey of spices and herbal extracts; prepare their own herbal juices using traditional distillation methods; and take home the products they create. The program is more than just a workshop; it's a cultural journey full of tastes, smells, and stories about Istanbul. For our ship/cruise guests, depending on your arrival or departure time at Istanbul Galataport, you can message us through the system to customize your workshop start time. This experience offers flexible scheduling options designed for cruise passengers.
