The workshop takes place inside the peaceful courtyard of a 6th-century mosque in the Sultanahmet area. When you arrive, enter through the main gate and walk into the courtyard. Our representative will welcome you near the garden area with the workshop materials displayed.

What to expect

Learn the art of Iznik tile-making using traditional techniques passed down for generations. In this hands-on workshop, participants will prepare their own ceramic tile design, inspired by classical Ottoman and Seljuk motifs, and paint them with vibrant natural colors.

The session is suitable for all ages and skill levels, and participants will take home their own handmade tile as a souvenir.
