I will begin with Swedish massage to ease tension and improve circulation, followed by Deep Tissue techniques to release deeper muscle knots. The flowing, rhythmic movements of Hawaiian Lomi Lomi promote calm and balance, while Thai massage stretches and energizes the body. The session concludes with Reiki, a gentle energy-balancing touch that restores harmony to body and mind.
You can choose between a 1-hour session for a complete full-body treatment, or extend to a 1.5-hour session for deeper relaxation and more focused work on specific areas.
