When your driver arrives at Chongqing Jiangbei International Airport (CKG), he will first check your flight arrival time from the Arrival Flight Information Board, then go to the exact terminal building, wait at the exit from where you will come out. He will hold your name sign for about 30 minute until you show up eventually. Please kindly show your passport to let him know that you are the right person. Please follow him to go to your hotel.

If your hotel is in outskirts Chongqing, the additional cost will be advised.

- Plan B: Refund will be arranged without receiving your approval in 24 hours.
