Simatai Great Wall is located in Miyun County which is 120 kilometers from Beijing. It is the only section of the Great Wall that has preserved in the original Ming Dynasty architecture (1368-1644). This section is 5.4 kilometers in length and has 35 beacon towers and the steepness of the wall is the distinctive features of Simatai. In 1987 Simatai Great Wall was enlisted into UNESCO Heritage Sites. The most fantastic part of this Great Wall tour is taking you back in time to the golden ages of imperial China.
