What to expect

Your host will meet you at the stop of the Metro or Bus and from there you will walk towards the location.

Before that, via email, your host will explain the various traditional recipes of the Porto city or if you prefer of the whole country, so you can decide what to have lunch or dinner.

Then he will pass the butcher, fishmonger or supermarket and also by a small organic garden to harvest some products.

Some recipes need preparation in advance like soaking or marinades but if not, the host will take you to the supermarket to buy the ingredients before cooking.

You'll then arrive at the hosts house and start cooking!

You'll receive all explanations and tips to learn how to cook some traditional Portuguese dishes. Meanwhile, you'll taste some delicious appetizers and also enjoy some drinks while the meal is prepared.

After the main dish and dessert you are more than welcome to enjoy a delicious cup of coffee before concluding the workshop.

If the group is bigger than 8 persons, the workshop will be done in a different location and everything will be customized in a similar way.
