- 9:30 am: Meet at your accommodation (Chagny / Beaune / Dijon axis) - Morning: Stop in the vineyards for an explanation of Burgundy wines (notion of Climates, terroir, classification, appellation ...) Visit of a domain and tasting of 6 Burgundy wines (Grands Crus and Premiers Crus included). - Lunch: We will reserve a table for you in a local and traditional restaurant according to our itinerary (Lunch NOT included) - Afternoon : Walk in the vineyards and explanation of the work of the vine according to the different cycles of the vine and the seasons. Visit of an estate and explanation of winemaking techniques in the cellar, then tasting of 6 Burgundy wines (Grands Crus and Premiers Crus included) 5:00 p.m .: return to your hotel.
