Our local chefs have meticulously curated a daily menu of classic Vietnamese dishes showcasing the unique flavors and cultural heritage of Vietnam. As part of each class, you'll also be taken on a tour through Vietnam's most iconic wet market, Cho Ben Thanh. Here, you'll learn how to select choice ingredients and how exotic meats and produce are incorporated into traditional Vietnamese cooking.

What's Included
Meeting and pickup
The wet market tour will begin from Cua Tay (West Gate, Gate 5) of Ben Thanh Market. Our guide will be awaiting your arrival. Transportation will be provided to our kitchen where chefs will guide you through a traditional four course meal. PLEASE note there are NO returns to original departure point
Please note that the culinary experience will end at our kitchen and dining facilities (131/3 Nguyễn Thị Minh Khai). This location is DIFFERENT than the meeting point (Ben Thanh Market).

3-Course Chef + Dessert -Led Cooking Class & Traditional Wet Market Tour: COOKING CLASS: Each guest is provided a private cook station and all the necessary ingredients to perfect a meticulously assembled menu of classic Vietnamese dishes. Led by our local head chef, the class introduces guests to flavors, spices, and cooking techniques that span Vietnam's broad culinary heritage. Come journey with us through the culinary traditions of Vietnam!
