A lifelong born and raised Harlem tour guide equipped with portable video and sound will present TV and movie clips at the very locations where they were filmed. All along the way soundtracks from Harlem movies / TV shows will play via our portable audio.

Meeting and pickup
Harlem Movie / TV Tour starts inside the Harlem Heritage Tourism and Cultural Center located at 104 Malcolm X Boulevard between 115 - 116th Streets, #2 and #3 IRT express trains arrive directly to us. Luggage storage, bathroom, wifi available.
Harlem Movie / TV Tour ends at the Schomburg Center for Research in Black Culture located at 515 Malcolm X Boulevard at 135th Street and Malcolm X Boulevard.

At each sight after viewing a movie or TV clip you will learn the reality of the history and heritage of the area. Imagine standing exactly where movies and TV shows such as Luke Cage, American Gangster, Malcolm X, New Jack City, Law and Order and many others were filmed, in reality it is the very area where historic events happened and Harlem legends lived. Experience the fantasy of Hollywood, complimented with the reality of history.

Harlem Heritage Tourism and Cultural Center is where we meet and greet and start the tour. Brief video will be shown then we leave for tour throughout Harlem. Bathroom, wifi, and luggage storage available.
