2Cap Spartel
Cap Spartel is a promontory in Morocco about 1,000 feet (300 m) above sea level at the entrance to the Strait of Gibraltar, 12 km west of Tangier. It is the northwesternmost point of the African continent. Below the cape are the Caves of Hercules. Enjoy spectacular views over the Meeting point of Atlantic Ocean and Mediterranean Sea.

4Caves of Hercules
Situated next to the summer palace of the King of Morocco. The cave has two entances, one to sea and one to land. The sea entrance is known as "The Map of Africa", believed to be created by the Phoenicians which is in the shape of Africa when looked at from the sea.

7Place du Grand 9 Avril 1947
During the tour of the Medina, youll make a stop at this historical square which is commonly known as Grand Socco and that divides the Medina from the Ville Nouvelle area of Tangier. Notably, It is one of the places that hosted Kaiser Wilhelm Il of Germany when he visited Tangiers on 3 March 1905. The stopover worsened tension between the Germans and the French and, among other events, ultimately led to World War I. Also, It's the location where King Mohamed V delivered his speech and the symbol of his arrival to the city on April 9, 1947, when Tangiers was under international domination.
