This 3 day Scenic Tour to the Misty Hills and experiencing the beauty of Sri Lanka’s hill country and popular tourist attractions.
Set off from Colombo and proceed to Kandy, Enroute visit beautiful Royal Botanical Gardens, Peradeniya. Afterwards, you will have the opportunity to see UNESCO world heritage site, the Temple of the Tooth Relic, Kandy and also enjoy a panoramic view of Kandy from upper lake drive. Enjoy the drumbeat of traditional dance- Cultural show in the evening.

Experience with Tea Plucking at Glenloch & visit Tea factory and proceed to Nuwara Eliya, the hill station favored by the British when the heat of the coast got too enervating. The bungalows, climate and ambience evoke an old-fashioned England and Sight scenes (Lake Gregory, Golf Club, Market area)

Visit St. Clair & Devon Waterfalls and en-route enjoying some extra unique activities such as White Water Rafting in the picturesque Kelani River, Kitulagala; not to be missed and travel back to Colombo.

    Royal Botanical Gardens

    Peradeniya Royal Botanical Gardens – Located just a few minutes from the hill Capital of Kandy, is the place for lovers of fauna, flora and nature. The stunningly landscaped gardens, the large variety of plants and the Orchid House; the best known attraction of the garden featuring over 300 varieties of beautiful orchids make it a much loved Sri Lankan attraction. The great circle and Memorial trees - The great circle is a grassy central area of nearly 4 acres in extent. Around the circle is a diverse array of trees planted by dignitaries, who had visited the Peradeniya Royal Botanical Gardens.

    Temple of the Sacred Tooth Relic

    Sri Dalada Maligawa, or Temple of the Tooth Relic, is the holiest Buddhist temple in Sri Lanka. It is located in the city of Kandy, the ancient capital of the Kandyan kingdom. The golden-roofed Temple of the Sacred Tooth houses Sri Lanka’s most important Buddhist relic – a tooth of the Buddha. During puja (offerings or prayers), the heavily guarded room housing the tooth is open to devotees and tourists.

    The Kandyan Arts & Crafts Industrial Center

    Kandy cultural show – Sri Lanka, a country rich with culture & tradition offers a very vibrant and unique show of Sri Lankan traditional dances, in the form of Kandy cultural show. The beat a dancing from depicting several demons, vibrant expression of low country rhythm, Fire and Harvest dances accompanied by Ceremonial Drums and the Drum Orchestra rising and falling to the lively tempo. As many as 12 different folk and traditional dances are performed within the span of one hour.

    Glenloch Tea Factory, Katukitula - The factory had humble beginnings, but over time it has put Sri Lanka on the map as the fourth-largest producer of tea in the world. One of its founders was Sir Thomas Lipton, a name widely recognized on tea boxes, who purchased a tea estate and factory in the late 19th century. Enjoy the beautiful landscape and temperate climate, which offers excellent conditions for growing quality tea leaves. Take a 15-20 minute guided tour to learn how a leaf becomes a beverage; and enjoy tea plucking experience.

    St Clair's Falls

    St Clair’s is one of the widest waterfalls in Sri Lanka and called the “Little Niagara of Sri Lanka”. It is a strikingly beautiful waterfall, which is approximately 80 meters in height and 50 meters in width. This waterfall runs over a rock ridge, splitting into three cascades, and drops into a pool. The falls are located along the Kotmale River, running through an enchanting green valley. The waterfalls consist of two falls called “Maha Ella” and “Kuda Ella”. This majestic waterfall falls down between magnificent green hills in the midst of tea plantations in Sri Lanka’s Hill Country and it got the name after the Saint Clair Tea Estate which it runs through.

    Devon Falls

    Devon water fall is one of the most beautiful cascades of Sri Lanka, located at close to Talawakele town. Further, it is one of the six falls impacted with upper Kotmale hydro power project. But it has been unable to reduce the water capacity of the fall. This fall gets the name because of the pioneer British coffee planter, Mr. Devon whose cultivations and plantations are nearby the fall. This 97 m high cascade is above 1159 m from sea level.
