Good Vibes on the Lower East Side: Art-full Discovery Walk

4.8
(5 reviews)

2 to 3 hours (approximately)
Offered in: English

Spend a morning or afternoon delighting all of your senses during a curated art walk with local art expert and event curator, Alexandra Harper.

You will take in the unique sights that make the Lower East Side such a rich and amazing neighborhood, with a focus on female artists and female-owned & run businesses. This is primarily a gallery hop with opportunities to experience local street art and learn local history along the way.

The walk focuses on the themes of change, creativity and diversity that make this neighborhood (and city) the unique place that it is. I will introduce you to 6-7 hidden and unique LES spots, including 2-3 off-the-beaten-path galleries, meeting the proprietors at each.

This is a great opportunity to take a deep dive into one of NYC's most diverse and fascinating neighborhoods through the lens of art & culture.
