Savour the spicy, salty, sweet and sour flavours and learn how to make Moroccan renowned dishes like Zaaloouk, Pastillas, tajines and couscous in a hands-on cooking class. With a basket in hand and a menu in mind, we go to the market to discover the season’s ingredients and then switch to a hands-on cooking class in a local house.

What to expect

You will visit the souks to buy the produce required for the cooking lesson during a very nice tour with your chef. Then, you will get back to the local house and start cooking your lunch before sharing it in a nice ambiance with your hosts.
