This Galapagos Adventure and Muti-sport Tour allows you to explore the islands actively. Excursions include kayaking, hiking, biking and snorkeling in 2 different islands in the Galapagos Archipelago. The 5-Day adventure travel itinerary was especially designed for adventure seekers and sports enthusiasts looking for a more dynamic trip to the Galapagos.

Departure Point: Baltra Aiport (GPS) - Baltra Island, Galapagos Islands NOTE: Please, make sure you book an early flight of arrival to Day 1 (before 11 am) in order to follow the order of the displayed itinerary. However, if you must book a late flight (later that 11:30 am), please let us know as soon as possible (preferably at the time of reservation of the tour). We will need to modify the order of the activities in the itinerary. Itinerary

1Isabela Island
Pickup in Baltra Airport to then head to Puerto Ayora on Santa Cruz Island. Afterwards, you'll take the public speedboat to Isabela at around 14:00 (2.5 hours. approx.). After arriving in Isabela Island, take a brief rest at the hotel and then head to the Flamingos Lagoon, the largest coastal lagoon and one of the main reproductive sites in Galápagos.

2Isabela Island
Early in the morning, head for a hike to Sierra Negra Volcano, the world’s second largest volcanic crater, measuring 6 miles in diameter and 300 feet deep. Hike the crater and enjoy the view before continuing to Volcan Chico, a still active volcano which warms the surrounding grounds. (Box lunch provided). Spend the afternoon snorkeling in Concha Perla with sea lions, colorful varieties of fish, and sea turtles (snorkeling equipment included: tube, mask, fins).

3Isabela Island
Once equipped with lifejackets and oars, enjoy a kayaking excursion along Puerto Villamil Bay. Reach Tintoreras Islet, a great site to observe Penguins, Blue-footed Boobies, and marine Iguanas. Make it up to El Faro before heading back to shore (approximately 2 hours). In the afternoon, head for the Humedales Complex for a hiking trip. The first stop is the Giant Tortoise Breeding Center of Isabela. Walk to Mirador Orchilla, Estero de Isabela, and Playa del Amor and Wall of Tears.

Take the public speedboat at 6am. towards Puerto Ayora (2 hours). After a short rest, head to the highlands of Santa Cruz for a hike along Cerro Chato Reserve (2 hours approx.). The adventure starts at Santa Rosa through endemic vegetation, rocks, and some mud lagoons. Spot the Galapagos Giant Tortoises, Galapagos Finches, Bird Wizard. In the afternoon, visit the Ch. Darwin Research Station, and observe colorful land iguanas and a large variety of Galápagos Giant tortoises brought from the most important islands in the archipelago.

Transfer to Baltra Airport. On the way out, stop by “The Twins” (a.k.a. “The Gemelos”). Tour ends upon the arrival to the airport to catch plane to either Quito or Guayaquil.

- In either case, make sure you also pick a late flight for your return on the last day of the tour (departing later than 12:30 pm)
- This is not a private tour - travelers share the guidance, services and activities with other travelers.
- Vegetarian option is available, please advise at time of booking if required
- Passport name, number, expiry and country is required at time of booking for all participants
- Please take into account that air tickets must be purchased arriving and departing to/from Baltra Airport - Galapagos.
- Itinerary subject to change due to Galapagos National Park dispositions or to circumstances beyond our control, no refunds will be applicable in these cases

- Hotel Selection:
- The hotel selection depends on the category of hotel that you choose (Tour Options). Once you choose the hotel class of preference, we will specify to you which hotels (belonging to the class chosen) are available for the dates of your trip. Hotels are categorized in the following classes: Economic Class, Tourist Class, Tourist Superior Class and First Class. All the hotels have been carefully chosen by us after close inspection.
- Restaurants
- This also depends on the chosen hotel class, as not all hotels have restaurant services. Meals are served in the “meal of the day” style; however, if you choose First Class hotels you will have more variety and gourmet-style meals. By patronizing local restaurants we contribute to the local economy and support sustainable tourism.
- Guides
- Guides will accompany you throughout all excursions and visits. They will not go with you on the speedboats between islands either. Guides are certified by the Galapagos National Park - if you feel that their guidance does not meet your expectations, feel free to leave a complaint at the National Park Direction to help improve the quality of service in the islands.
- Public Speedboats
- It is recommended that you take a seasickness pill if you are sensitive to sea-sickness before each ride between islands. It is also recommended that you carry on small plastic bags in case of seasickness.
