Pickup details:

Meet & Greet Service inside the terminal. Your driver will meet you inside your terminal with name board depending on the terminal, between 45 - 60 minutes depending on your flight and terminal. You will be sent specific meeting places we use for each terminal normally a shop or cafe, so no getting lost !!! We will also monitor your flight for any delays etc.

Drop-off point
Southampton

All of Southampton Cruise Terminals or Hotels. This is 1 drop off. If you require extra drop offs, please inform us as there may be an additional charge.

What to expect

Your driver will be at a designated meeting point from 45-60 minutes after you land with name board inside the terminal. You will receive a courtesy text 24-48 hours before with instructions where to meet your driver inside the terminal as you exit the baggage hall. We will also monitor your flight for any delays etc, so rest assured your driver will be there to meet you.

This service is for 1 pickup and 1 drop off, you can have additional pick ups and drop offs with prior arrangement. You can pay the driver any additional charges on the day by credit card or cash.

PLEASE NOTE !!
Please make sure you book the correct size vehicle to accommodate your luggage. If you have more luggage than the vehicle can accommodate we will not be held liable and you risk that the driver may refuse to take you.
