The driver will wait up to 20 minutes outside the lobby. If you're delayed, contact customer service immediately. If unreachable after 20 minutes, it will be considered a no-show and no refund will be issued.

Be ready in the hotel lobby 5 minutes before pickup. The driver will wait outside for up to 20 minutes. If you're delayed, contact our customer service. If unreachable, it will be marked as a no-show with no refund. Please check your belongings before leaving the vehicle. The transportation from Bangkok city to Suvarnabhumi Airport(BKK) will be last for 20 minutes to 60 minutes.
