Maestra Isis Rodriguez is a world renown and internationally recognized artist with a B.F.A in painting. She has been teaching for over 20 years and has lived in Mexico for 20 years.
Voted best art teacher in San Miguel, her art classes are one of the few in San Miguel that blends art with Mexican culture, structured under the spiritual philosophy of "nepantla", a 16th Century Nahua word that means "in the middle of things". Models and reference materials are indigenous to this region and students are given oral art and cultural history lectures, introduction to contemporary Mexican and Latin American modern music while working. Beginners and all levels welcomed.
This 4 Day Mexican Art Class is an intensive class from 10am to 4pm Mon-Thurs that can explore different mediums, ink, drawing, pastel, watercolor, and oils. All styles from realistic to abstract can be explored.

Maestra Isis Rodriguez will be available during class to troubleshoot, give live tutorials, thru out classes will introduce music, art and culture lectures, aesthetics, art methods that assist each student to achieve their goals. Beginners welcomed. This is a 4 Day Art Class that is 6 hours each 24 hours in total meeting from 10am to 4pm Mon-Thurs 4 consecutive days. When booking, please choose Monday on the calendar and it will automatically choose the consecutive days. If you have any problems, contact me directly.
