After you pick up your luggage and clear local Customs, as you are entering the Arrival Hall, look out for our host your name displayed on an electronic tablet.
Upon landing, you will proceed through immigration and baggage claim. The host waits in Airport Arrival with your name displayed on a tablet
The host greets the customer, confirms identity and assists with luggage and escorting the customer to the vehicle.
The customer is transported safely and comfortably from the airport to the hotel using the most suitable route based on traffic conditions.
Upon arrival at the hotel, the driver assists with luggage and ensures the customer is safely dropped off at the main entrance or designated area.
