What to expect
Reserve your transfer online by selecting your travel date, pickup location (London hotel/address or Heathrow), and destination (Dover Cruise Port or return). You will receive instant confirmation and your ticket by email.
Step 2 – Pickup
On the day of travel, your professional driver will meet you at your London hotel lobby, address, or Heathrow arrivals hall holding a name sign. Flights are tracked in case of delays, so your pickup time is adjusted if necessary.
Step 3 – Journey
Relax in a private, air-conditioned vehicle on a direct motorway route. The journey takes approx. 2–2.5 hours from Central London, or 2–3 hours from Heathrow or Gatwick, depending on traffic.
Step 4 – Drop-off
You will be dropped off directly at Dover Cruise Port (Terminal 1 or 2), right by your ship for smooth embarkation. For return journeys, drop-off is available at your Central London hotel/address or at any Heathrow terminal (T2, T3, T4, T5) or Gatwick Terminal (South or North). The driver will assist with your luggage.
