Complimentary pick up is offered from any hotel, motel, B&B, Airbnb, or other accommodation anywhere in the tourist area of Niagara Falls, or meet at Skylon Tower, 5200 Robinson St, Niagara Falls, ON L2G 2A2, Canada. Pick up time will be confirmed 1-2 days prior to the tour date via email or phone. If you do not have access to these, please be ready 15 minutes prior to tour start time in the hotel lobby.

*Please note due to border delays pick-up is not provided from the American side of Niagara Falls. Guests are welcome to join our tour but must find their way across the border to the Brock Hotel 5685 Falls Ave, Niagara Falls where we can pick you up. It's an easy walk across the Rainbow Bridge into Canada.

    Niagara Falls, Ontario, is a Canadian city at the famous waterfalls of the same name, linked with the U.S. by the Rainbow Bridge. Its site on the Niagara River's western shore overlooks the Horseshoe Falls, the cascades' most expansive section. Elevators take visitors to a lower, wetter vantage point behind the falls. A cliffside park features a promenade alongside 520-ft.-high Skylon Tower with an observation deck.

    Journey Behind the Falls

    To stand at the heart of Niagara, you’ll first need to descend 125 feet and explore 130-year-old tunnels through the bedrock, but you’ll feel the thunderous vibration of the Horseshoe Falls long before you see them. The observation deck at the foot of this 13-storey-tall wonder will leave you breathless (and maybe a little bit wet), but don’t forget the viewing portals cut straight through the rock, offering a once-in-a-lifetime view of one-fifth of the world’s fresh water crashing down in front of you. * If Option Selected.
