Meeting and pickup
Complimentary pick up is offered from any Listed Hotel in the tourist area of Niagara Falls, or Meet at 5920 Niagara Parkway- Niagara City Cruises Main Ticket Plaza. Look for the white sails beside the Zipline Tower. Your guide will be holding a Falls View Tour Sign. Note: Please do not go down the elevator without your guide. Pick up time will be confirmed 1-2 days prior to the tour date via email or phone. If you do not have access to these, please be ready 15 minutes prior to tour start time in the hotel lobby. *Please note due to border delays pick-up is not provided from the American side of Niagara Falls. Guests are welcome to join our tour but must find their way across the border to the Crown Plaza 5685 Falls Ave, Niagara Falls where we can pick you up. It's an easy walk across the Rainbow Bridge into Canada.

Table Rock Visitor Center is next where you’ll get pre-reserved access to the Journey Behind the Falls experience.To stand at the heart of Niagara, you’ll first need to descend 125 feet and explore 130-year-old tunnels through the bedrock, but you’ll feel the thunderous vibration of the Horseshoe Falls long before you see them. The observation deck at the foot of this 13-story-tall wonder will leave you breathless (and maybe a little bit wet), but don’t forget the viewing portals cut straight through the rock, offering a once-in-a-lifetime view of one-fifth of the world’s fresh water crashing down in front of you.

4Table Rock Welcome Centre

- There’s approximately 20 Minute of total walking time connecting the sights and attractions spread throughout the full duration of the tour. While far from strenuous for the average person, it’s not the type for flip flops or high heels.
- Tours run rain or shine. We encourage appropriate footwear for uneven surfaces.
- Ponchos are available on City Cruises Boat and Journey Behind the Falls. You will get close to the waterfall. Be prepared to get wet!
