During our guided tour of the Citadel of Carcassonne, we will discover the mythical alleyways of this ancient fortress.The monumentality of the military complex will impress you and I will tell you its 2600 years of history. The mysterious Cathars and defensive architecture will also be mentioned. I will not forget to present you some anecdotes about the medieval period and we will end with the discovery of the majestic Basilica of St. Nazaire and St. Celse.

    From outside, we will discover the famous county castle, its defensive system and its walls. If you want to enter the castle you have to buy your ticket (9 euros per person). Then we will tour the walls and see the majestic Basilica St-Nazaire and St-Celse with its very beautiful stained glass windows.
