Please wait at your hotel lobby or main entrance 10 minutes before the scheduled pickup time. Our driver will arrive in a private safari jeep and hold a sign with the lead traveler’s name. The driver will contact you via WhatsApp or phone before pickup to confirm the exact location. If your hotel is difficult to access, please share a nearby landmark in advance.
