    Enjoy a private tour with your own dedicated, expert Green Badge City Guide, exploring the narrow cobbled lanes of central Canterbury with its eclectic mix of historic buildings; from pilgrim inns and medieval timber-framed houses, to the modern theatre. In addition you will enter the Cathedral Precincts where you'll walk around the exterior of the magnificent Cathedral, through its cloisters and past the old monastery, possibly also stopping to see the prestigious and historic King's School. During your tour you will hear stories of some of the famous people who are connected with the city, from literary greats such as Chaucer and Marlowe, to the Royal Family, and of course, Saint Thomas Becket.
