Upon wandering through the idyllic streets and admiring its assortment of vibrant baroque buildings, you’ll be completely immersed in Schaffhausen’s culture and history, where tales of Switzerland’s Middle Ages echo among the cobbled streets. After journeying through the town and unfolding its rich history, there will be a brief lunch break where you can absorb the spectacular surrounding scenery and enjoy a serene moment of rest before continuing to Rhine Falls.

3Rhine Falls
The guide will accompany you on a train ride to the border between the cantons of Schaffhausen and Zürich, where the breathtaking Rhine Falls resides, surrounded by picturesque views of the surrounding natural landscapes. This majestic destination is deemed the most powerful waterfall in Europe, with enormous volumes of water flowing across an impressive width of 150 m (492 ft) and a height of 23 m (75 ft). During this visit, the guide will expand upon various stories revolving around the historical heritage of Rhine Falls to illuminate the destination’s significance.
