What's Included
Meeting and pickup
Pickup is included for guests staying in Moshi town only.
Guests staying outside Moshi are required to inform us in advance and arrange their own transport to Moshi at their own cost.
Once in Moshi, pickup for the tour will be provided as scheduled.
What to expect
The Rainforest Hike
Start your journey at Marangu Gate, hiking through a lush, emerald rainforest. This is the greenest part of the mountain, filled with ancient trees, exotic flowers, and hidden waterfalls.
Wildlife Spotting
Keep an eye out for the rare Black-and-White Colobus monkeys and Blue monkeys that live in the canopy above. Your guide will point out unique bird species and mountain flora along the trail.
Mandara Huts & Lunch
Reach Mandara Huts (2,700m), the first base camp of Kilimanjaro. Enjoy a relaxing picnic lunch at the iconic wooden huts while soaking in the peaceful mountain atmosphere.
Maundi Crater View
