PLEASE CHECK IN 30 MINUTES BEFORE YOUR SCHEDULED DEPARTURE TIME. CARLETON LODGE - Across from Whistler Village Gondola and next to Longhorn Saloon. If travelling from the Lower Mainland please allow enough time to arrive in Whistler and park to check in 30 MINUTES before your tour time.

    Check-in at the Carleton Lodge - Across from the Whistler Village Gondola and next to Longhorn Saloon. PLEASE MEET 30 MINUTES BEFORE YOUR SCHEDULED DEPARTURE TIME. Meet your guide and take our shuttle to the Callaghan Valley, approx 20 minutes south of Whistler village. At our Base, you will get your gear (full face helmet, goggles, gloves, and any rain gear if needed). Your guide will introduce you to the off-road buggy, how to operate it, along with our safety protocols. You will then do a short training session before heading out on tour. This tour is 3 hours roundtrip including the transfers, guest gear, safety intro, training and ride time.

  • Public transportation options are available nearby
  • Travelers should have at least a moderate level of physical fitness
  • Driver’s License: Drivers must be 19 years of age + with a full (unrestricted), valid driver's license equivalent to a BC Class 5 or Class 6 license. All drivers who are under 25 years old and under are required to present their license upon check in.
  • It is mandatory for all tour participants to sign a Release of Liability and Waiver Form. Any participants under the age of 19 must have a parent or legal guardian present to sign on their behalf.
