Confirmation will be received at the time the reservation is made. No charges for excess baggage. Transportation is private and in comfortable, safe and reliable vehicles. Note: For your departure transfer, it will be collected approximately 3 hours prior to your flight departure time. You can contact the local tour operator at any of the phone numbers or email provided on your voucher to reconfirm the exact time. Before your travel date, your hotel and flight details must be reported to the tour operator so that they can assign your transfer. If you do not indicate this at the time of booking, you will be asked to call the tour operator and communicate this information directly. The contact details of the tour operator will be on your voucher once you have a confirmed reservation.

On the date and time indicated, a host from our company will be waiting for you in the arrivals hall of the Airport with a sign with your name and will be the one who will accompany you and help you at all times until you arrive at your Destination. On the date of your return we will be at the place and at the time you request for your transfer to the airport.
