Designed for VIPs, CIPs, seniors, and travelers seeking convenience, this service includes a personalized welcome at the arrivals gate. Your assistant will handle visa formalities, including fee deposit and document submission (self-presentation at immigration required). After immigration, you’ll be guided through Security check (short queue), then baggage collection, and customs. During peak times, if there are long queues, you can relax in the lounge while waiting.
Outside, your assistant will help with luggage handling and ensure a seamless transfer to your hotel.
Fast-track services are not available at TIA Airport due to security regulations. All passengers must follow standard immigration procedures. However, our expert team will ensure a smooth and efficient process, minimizing hassle and delays.

Our representative will meet you inside the arrival hall at Tribhuvan International Airport (KTM) — just after the airport shuttle drop-off area and before immigration. Look for a sign displaying your name or booking reference.
If your flight is delayed or rescheduled, don’t worry — our team continuously monitors flight status and will be there to greet you upon arrival.
For any assistance, you can call or message us via WhatsApp at the contact number provided in your booking confirmation.
Your personal assistant meets you in the Arrivals Hall/Gate of the airport, helps you obtain your Visa, and assist you to transfer to your hotel for a hassle-free arrival in Kathmandu.
What to expect
