If from hotel your driver will be in the lobby. If from the airport on arrival, after you clear customs and gather your bags, you will walk into a second hall past sliding doors and you will see there your driver with a sign and your name on. If you arrive by train at Termini, as you get off the train you will walk towards the head of the train into a second hall where the NIKE store is. Driver will be in front of it with sign and your name on!
