Private Airport Taxi in Barbados

This is a one-way private taxi service either from Grantley Adams International Airport (BGI) to any location in Barbados, or from any location in Barbados to the airport. For airport arrivals, your driver will meet you just after you exit the main arrivals hall. Once you pass through the final set of sliding doors, you will enter an outdoor pickup area where the driver will be waiting with a sign displaying the lead traveller’s name.

When booking through Viator or TripAdvisor, it is important to select the correct pickup and drop-off details so the service is scheduled properly. For airport arrivals, the pickup location must be set as Grantley Adams International Airport and the drop-off location should be the place you will be staying. You are also required to provide your flight details so we can track your arrival and adjust for any delays. If flight details are not provided, the booking will be treated as a departure transfer.

For departures to the airport, the pickup location should be your current accommodation or address, and the drop-off location must be set as Grantley Adams International Airport. Please ensure your pickup time allows you to arrive at the airport at least 2 hours before your flight. Most journeys take approximately 30 to 45 minutes depending on distance and traffic.

If you require a return airport transfer, a second booking will be needed. Simply adjust the pickup location to reflect where you will be departing from at that time.

For airport arrivals, the driver will wait up to 60 minutes from the official landing time. Any delay due to baggage, customs, or other issues must be communicated promptly. Failure to establish contact within this time may result in cancellation without refund. For hotel or B&B departures, the maximum wait time is 30 minutes beyond the scheduled pickup time.
