What to expect

Leave Marrakech's hustle and bustle behind and be picked up by an French or English-speaking guide for a camel riding trip.

According to folklore, this was the location of a military camp where troops ate dates brought from pre-Saharan oasis in the nights. The discarded pits landed in holes left by lances plunged into the earth. As a result, the palm groves of Marrakech were established.

Wearing your cheich (protective hat veil), you and your strong new camel companion make your way through the palm groves, past villas, luxurious houses, and Berber homes. Before returning to the city, relax with a refreshing drink of mint tea at the house of one of the local Berber families.
