Visit a local coffee farm and learn every step of the journey from bean to cup. Pick ripe coffee cherries (seasonal), remove the outer pulp, roast the beans over an open fire, grind them by hand using traditional wooden mortars while joining in lively Chagga songs and dances, and finally brew and enjoy a fresh cup of organic Arabica coffee that you helped prepare.
