You can choose a pickup location at checkout (multiple pickup locations are available).
Pickup details:

Arrival pick up : The driver will be holding a signboard with your name at the “arrival hall exit belt” (glass door exit belt) closest to the designated luggage belt of your flight. We will follow your flight actual landing time and wait up to 75 minutes from the landed time. However, if you want to request a special pick-up time or explore inside airport, please inform us in advance before your arrival date.

Departure: Pickup all customers prior the flight arrival time or 4 hours before departure time to airport.

Drop-off point
This activity ends in a different location. You can choose from multiple locations at checkout.
