Please meet your local guide in Piazza Bellini by the Greek walls next to the military truck. Your guide will have a sign with "Street food tour" written on it. Please be on the meeting point 15 minutes before the starting time.
Piazza Bellini is the heart of Naples’ nightlife. After meeting your guide in Piazza Dante you will start your journey and the first stop will be Piazza Bellini. While tasting a delicious Tarallo, you will listen to the history of Naples and the story behind the Greek ruins located in the plaza.
Via dei Tribunali is the street of Pizza. This street is where all the most delicious pizzerias are located. Here your local guide will take you to try some mozzarella from a deli that opened in 1958, the traditional fried pizza from one of the best pizzerias and so much more, all while you will learn about the highlights of Naples!
Spaccanapoli is literally “the streets that breaks Naples in two”, it’s a long straight street that crosses the city. Here you will taste some local Limoncello with your fellow foodies.
Near the Conservatorio, one of the first established Music Academies, you will taste some local desserts such as: Babà (rum infused cake), Sfogliatella (flavourful ricotta cheese pastry) and obviously Gelato.
Piazza del Gesù Nuovo is one of the main squares of the historic centre of Naples. From here you will understand why Naples’ historic has become part of the World Heritage of UNESCO. It is a truly symbolic square with two churches, Santa Chiara and Gesù Nuovo, and an important obelisk dedicated to the Immacolata.
