3Ait Ben Haddou
Arrive at the iconic, UNESCO World Heritage-listed fortified village of Ait Benhaddou in time for a delicious lunch. This ancient clay ksar is a cinematic masterpiece, having served as the backdrop for legendary films such as Gladiator, Babel, Lawrence of Arabia, and The Sheltering Sky. 1 hour for lunch.

4Valley of Roses

5Dades Gorges
Arrive at the dramatic Dades Gorge as the sunset casts a golden glow over the towering rock formations. Merzouga (Pass by)

9Erg Chebbi
Arrive at your designated desert camp in Merzouga at the edge of the desert to park the vehicle. From here, embark on a traditional camel trek into the mesmerizing golden dunes of Erg Chebbi as the sun sets. Savor a traditional Berber dinner under a vast canopy of stars, followed by an authentic campfire evening filled with the drum music and cultural songs of local nomads. Quad biking is available as an extra activity at sunset or sunrise (depending on arrival times and availability).

10Erg Chebbi
Wake up early to catch a breathtaking Sahara sunrise over the massive 300-meter-high dunes near the Algerian border. Return to camp for breakfast, pack up, meet your vehicle in Merzouga to begin the journey to Fes.

Fez (Pass by)
Enjoy scenic comfort stops along the final stretch of the drive. Arrive in Fes by early evening (around 7:00 PM – 8:00 PM), concluding your journey with a convenient, drop-off at the nearest location of your hotel and riad that are accessible by vehicle!
