Thanks for choosing us and Mexico for your upcoming trip! After you get your luggage, exit through the gate that takes you to the "ground transportation". Please avoid the "friends and family" exit as our drivers can't pick you up there. Also avoid speaking to time share agents or scammers in the terminal. Our ariport will be waiting for you and will have a banner with your name on it; he will take you to your transportation. Thanks1

What to expect

After you get your luggage, exit through the Ground Transportation exit to find our rep who will have a banner with your name on it. He will take you to your private transportation where you will drive 45 minutes - 1 hour to your destination at Playa del Carmen.
On departure transfers, please wait for our driver just outside of the lobby of your hotel. He will call you out with help from the bell boy.
Our driver will describe the landmarks on the way so you can be familiar with the zone!
