Our crew and team have more then 20 years of experience coaching surfing and competing in surf contests around Costa Rica since we are kids. We also grew up being lifeguards in Manuel Antonio beach .. The experience and safety of our team will make you feel very comfortable and safe in and out of the water .. We also will make sure you are standing on the surfboard in less then 10 min guaranteed!!

What to expect

1- We will be practicing techniques on how to paddle and how to get up on your surfboard 2- reading and catching waves 3-Safety talk and rip currents pointing.
